About Me

Hi I'm Kyla Brant a licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFTA). I earned my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University.  I have provided individual and family therapy in community mental health to children, teens, adults and families.
Prior to licensure, I worked at an autism center working with children diagnosed with autism and ADHD on meeting behavioral goals.
I hold a membership in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
I believe that it is my purpose and calling to be a witness to people’s life stories. I believe that it is my job to listen to others and help them find their way back to success and health in whatever shape that takes for the individual. I chose this field because I find joy in lifting others up. I also chose marriage and family therapy because this field takes into account all aspects of an individual’s life (relationships, spirituality, culture, ethnicity, etc) and allows me to have meaningful conversations and connections with my clients.
